WF Engineering represents family, integrity, experience, and a strong work ethic.
In Australia during the 1950s, Ivan Radman began working in cellulose insulation and eventually moved into "Rockwool". When he moved to America, he began with Fiberglass Insulation, where he opened several successful plants.. This enabled him to start WF Engineering as a research and development group and innovate with new glass-melting technology.
The company is now headed by Jordan Radman, Ivan's son, along with a solid group of leaders with extensive operational, design, and fabrication backgrounds in the insulation industry.

WF Engineering is a family-owned and operated company that uses and develops in-house technology to drive both innovation and sales. As a relatively flat organization, we pride ourselves on being easy for companies to work with and back this up with flexible plans, a strong work ethic, honesty, and safety-minded practices, all designed to keep costs down.
